The EAFN Show is FREE to attend for East Anglian Event Organisers, Venue Owners/Managers, Event Suppliers and Event Professionals working in our region's event sector.

The EAFN Show is an annual free one day event that brings together event organisers, venues and suppliers from across East Anglia to share expertise, network and identify a new supply chain of opportunities which can benefit the environment, the audience, the event industry and the regional economy…. and a chance to meet lovely people and have fun in the process! (Pre-registration is required on our Eventbrite page).

The EAFN Show returns to the prestigious Grand Hall of Ipswich Corn Exchange in 2023. Thank you to Ipswich Borough Council for once again hosting the EAFN Show at this amazing Venue.

Entertainment is provided for you from Performers from our region providing a chilled musical backdrop to the show.

Visit the Exhibition Stands to meet up with all the Exhibitors from East Anglian Businesses and Organisations exhibiting their goods and services on the day in the Grand Hall of Ipswich Corn Exchange. Apply to exhibit at the show – EAFN Members receive a 20\% Discount on Exhibition Stands (limited to twenty stands). More Information for Exhibitors. There will be around twenty exhibition stands on the day. The current list of confirmed exhibitors is at EAFN Show 2023 Exhibitors – EAST ANGLIAN FESTIVAL NETWORK … Stands are limited and once they have all been booked we will remove the application form.
