After a long relaxation with the sound of nature all around us, we'll step into the a pop-up style Sauna tent to warm our bones and relax our muscles. Finally gathering around the fire pit for brunch in the garden.

MAYU retreats will be creating a lovely brunch for you to enjoy. Keiran and Pamela are an amazing duo, Keiran the chef and Pamela a nutritionalist, together they combine their passion and knowledge of food to create, seasonal balanced nutritious healthy meals.
