10.30 to 13.30
Dragonflies are some of the most colourful and charismatic insects found in the UK and form a fascinating subject for study.
At this time of year, most of the British species can be encountered on the wing, and the lake and wetlands at Felbrigg provide excellent habitat for common species, as well as attracting the odd rarity. This workshop will provide an introduction to dragonfly and damselfly identification through a combination of classroom and field sessions. This event is part of a partnership programme between Norfolk Wildlife Trust and the National Trust. Location: National Trust Felbrigg Time: 10.30am – 1.30pm Cost: £17.50 Booking essential: www.nationaltrust.org.uk/sheringham-park
