Yoga in Brancaster

Join Emilie on Thursday evening for Vinyasa Flow Yoga at the brand new Old Stables Studio at Brancaster Hall.

Each month we will follow a carefully sequenced flow designed to build strength and flexibility through exploration in heart opening, inversions and balances. This class is aimed to strengthen the core, challenge your boundaries and create mobility and fluidity in the body. Drawing inspiration from the many Hindu deities every class is centred with Intention. Emilie's classes aim to guide you to Embrace, Empower and Explore all aspects of Self through the practice of Movement Meditation.

Warming down with soothing vibrations from Tibetan Sound Bowls, essential oils infusing the air, Touch to calm the mind and cosy blankets + pillows to allow for a deeply nurturing and restorative Savasana (relaxation).

�35 for 5 Classes Per Month or �27 for 3 Classes Per Month. Drop In's are available albeit there's space for �12.
