The Shackleton Trio - Live Music

This Norfolk trio return to Deepdale for a very special gig as part of their national tour promoting their new album Mousehold. You may have seen them perform their beautiful music at previous Deepdale Festivals & Sunday Sessions.

These lovely people are firm favourites of ours here at Deepdale, having performed here both as The Shackleton Trio and in other forms at various festivals and events in the last few years.

This visit they are touring their brand new album 'Mousehold', another collection of beautiful songs. The trio features Georgia Shackleton (fiddle, vocals), Aaren Bennett (guitar) and Nic Zuppardi (mandolin and banjo). The band draw influence from British, American and Scandinavian folk traditions, whilst Georgia's flair for sourcing largely unsung material from East Anglia keeps the band firmly rooted in their local tradition.

This Summer concert will take place in the Brick Barn, with a bar. Please bring snacks, but not drink as our bar will be serving beers, ciders, wines and soft drinks. There is some seating available, first come first served, so feel free to bring your own too.

Deepdale is a small occasional venue for live music. Naturally if the event is cancelled, then tickets will be refunded. However, JBP Tourism Ltd will not be responsible for accommodation, travel or other costs incurred by ticket holders.
