We are pleased to be supporting the work of East Anglia Air Ambulance, �5 of your entry fee will be donated to them, some of their volunteers will be part of the crew on race day. We are also supporting the work of the National Trust who manage Morston Quay, �1 of your entry fee will donated to their work. Suitable for all abilities open to runners and walkers. All finishers will be awarded a bespoke medal.
