A gong sound bath is the simplest form of self-care, all you have to do it turn up, lie down and let the vibrations of the gongs lull you into a meditative state of pure bliss and calm. Bring something comfortable to lie on, sun-lounger cushions are great, a blanket and a pillow. The session lasts about 50 minutes, you leave feeling restored and revitalised.
