A sound bath is a meditative acoustic sound ‘concert' that transforms you into a deep state of relaxation, activating your body's own natural system of self-healing
A sound bath is one of the most effective and simplest forms of self-care. All that you need to do is turn up and lie down and let the vibrations of the Gongs lull you into a deeply relaxing meditative state. You leave feeling energised and transformed. You will need to bring with you something very comfortable to lie on. a blanket and a pillow. The session last about 50 minutes. Arrive a little early to get settled. Booking is essential, call 07873 558 175 or follow and DM on Instagram If you are on holiday and need something to lie on, please contact Antonina to arrange for some yoga mats to be provided. Directions. Head to the back of Drive Orchards car -park , turn left at Hortico down the track and you will see a blue and white parking sign, turn right here.
