The ultimate celebration of hygge and the perfect evening to wind down, reset and get cosy.
Wind down to a cosy candlelit yin & meditation class by the wonderful Emilie from Wildyoganorfolk & sauna and an optional ice bath from Saunabox. Followed by a warming cup of cacao or mulled wine around the fire pit with toasted marshmallows.
The inspiration for the winter wellness series comes from the Danish word 'Hygge', which creates 'an atmosphere of warmth, wellbeing and cosiness, when you feel at peace and able to enjoy simple pleasures and being in the moment.'
