Join us for a beautiful cacao ceremony/ guided meditation and gong sound bath at the stunning St Nicholas Chapel in Kings Lynn.

The Cacao ceremony has been held for thousands of years, most commonly associated with the Mayan people of South America.

During the ceremony we will prepare and honour the sacred Cacao drink before diving deep into a guided meditation. Cacao is shown to be packed full of essential nutrients which bring about a calming meditative effect. The Ceremony will begin with reflection on the closing of the year as winter approaches with gratitude for the blessings of the year thus far, followed by cacao ceremony and gentle guided meditation leading into a deeply healing gong sound bath.

Gong sound baths are a deeply healing experience which calm the mind, body and soul, leaving you feeling nourished and rejuvenated. The harmonic soundscape creates a restorative sound healing experience that will vibrate and activate cells in your body to induce complete relaxation, to leave you feeling energised and transformed.
