IWD- Evening Yoga Retreat

Join @Wildyoganorfolk and @Saunabox at Stables for a yoga class with a twist. An evening for everyone to celebrate uniqueness and #embraceequity in aid of International Women's Day.

The evening will start with a coca and sharing circle, followed by a yoga class by Emilie, and after a sauna and ice bath experience. You can then warm up around the fire pit and feast on toasted marshmallows and homemade S'mores.

Time: 6pm - 8:30pm
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the class starts.

Location: Stables at The Ffolkes (the venue at the back of the pub, you can't miss it from the car park)

What to bring:
- Yoga mat. If you do not have your own yoga mat, please get in touch with events@ffolkes.org.uk to reserve one, as there are a limited number.
- Swimwear (if you want to do the ice bath).
- Towel.
- Flip flops or shoes that you don't mind getting wet.

Please note: there are no shower facilities within our venue, but we have toilets you can change into.
