A sound bath is one of the most effective and simplest forms of self-care. All that you need to do is turn up and lie down and let the vibrations of the Gongs lull you into a deeply relaxing meditative state. You leave feeling energised and transformed.

You will need to bring with you something very comfortable to lie on. a blanket and a pillow. The session last about 50 minutes.

Tickets £12 cash on arrival, come a little earlier to get settled. Booking is essential, DM to book.

If you are on holiday and need something to lie on, please message to arrange for some yoga mats to be provided.
