There’s a whole host of exciting free activities for the whole family to enjoy this half term at Holkham Park!

Here’s what you might like to get up to

Welly hunt - It’s blown a hoolie and there are wellies scattered all over the park! Can you follow the clues and find them all? Take a picture next to the final Golden Welly and be in with a chance to win a visit to the family Easter event.

Create your own bird feeder to take home - Birds need us more than ever as the weather gets colder. Stop by the crafting station in the Stables Courtyard to make a bird feeder to take home with you, to entice a range of birds to your garden.

Winter spotter sheet - Holkham is so beautiful this time of year (even if it’s cold and windy!) and there is so much to see by way of nature. The team have put together a list of all the natural wonders of the season for you to spot around the park and become a wildlife expert!

Woodland play area - Enjoy a run (or swing, or slide) around in our play area, which is open daily throughout half term for little legs to blow off some steam, weather permitting.

Paid Activities

Holkham Stories - Discover fascinating stories about Holkham past and present in our interactive exhibition.

Cycle hire - Hop onto two wheels to explore the wonderful wildlife and way-marked paths of Holkham Park. Open 17-25th February, 10.30am-4.30pm (last hire 2.30pm). Weather dependent. The cycle hire hut is by the main visitor car park.

Ropes course - Take to the trees and climb, balance, zip and swing on our ropes course! Open 17-25th February, 10.30am-2.30pm. Weather dependent.

Price: Free. Parking charge of £5 applies.
