Your ticket displays the time to view our underwater mermaid experience. Please make sure to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to this so you don't miss our fin-tastic mer-people experience at our ocean display window. This will help to ensure your experience is no overcrowded with a great view!

You will then be able to meet another mermaid and enjoy a photo opportunity.

The rest of your evening can be spent saying hi to all the fishes and the rest of our incredible creatures.

Tickets must be purchased online in advance. Your ticket time is for your mermaid viewing so please arrive AT LEAST 15 minutes before this to ensure you don't miss out on this spectacular viewing.
