Join us at Old Hunstanton Village Hall to unwind, relax and restore in a beautiful Gong Sound Bath.
A sound bath is the ultimate way to relax. All that is required if you is to turn up, lie down and let the beautiful sounds of the gongs and other healing sounds wash over you. If you find meditation difficult but want the clarity and calm that it brings then a sound bath is the easiest way to experience that level of deep rest.
