Sunday 11th August
This day is all about getting nourished, filling your cup, taking space for yourself all in community with a group of likeminded women whilst we immerse in nature!

We'll start the day with yoga and somatic movement, followed a walk across the creeks to a wild swimming spot to explore the vast network of creeks of the salt marsh.

After our dip, we'll head back to the garden for a nutritious lunch and a rest.

Followed by an afternoon of Clay Mud Bathing, Sauna and rest and relaxation in the privacy of the Wild Yoga Garden pop-up.
