Yoga & Sunset SUP

An evening of Yoga in the garden following by a Sunset Paddle at Northshore SUP & Surf, Brancaster Staithe

Join us for an evening of immersive fun, togetherness and adventure set on the edge of Brancaster Staithe salt marsh in the beautiful Wild Yoga Garden.

We'll begin the evening with a gentle and grounded yoga + movement practice open air in the garden.

After yoga, we begin with a SUP Safety briefing and practice some land based skills so you can familiarise yourself with the equipment and get a feel for paddle boarding. You do not need to have previous experience for this activity. However, you must have a good level of fitness and be comfortable kneeling.

After a very short walk down to the Staithe we'll launch into the creeks for a gentle paddle whilst watching the sunset over the salt marsh.

Suitable for complete beginners!

Tuesday 6th August
We'll begin the evening with some gentle yoga to calm and grounded us, before we venture out across the salt marsh to the creeks for a sunset paddle. After our paddle we'll head over to the Jolly sailors for a pint and some socialising!

Limited Spaces £45 Includes your SUP equipment - paddle, board, waist leash

What to bring
Please bring a yoga mat!
Dress in clothes you can move in, you may also want to bring a change of clothes you don't mind getting wet in.
Wet shoes are recommended for walking across the marsh.
Bring a towel and a change of clothes for after!
