Yoga & Pottery Day

A day of yoga + movement, connection + creativity

Join us this Summer at the Wild Yoga Garden pop-up at Dalegate Market, Burnham Deepdale for a day of yoga and movement, connection and creativity.

Potter Kate Allsop and Emilie have joined forced to bring you a day of blissful yoga and pottery.

Emilie will be leading a 1.5hr gentle yoga + movement practice followed by lunch.

Kate will be leading a 2 hour Goddess Altaring Pottery Workshop where you'll get to make your very own goddess for your altar.

Together, we gather to move, breath, relax and create.

Things you might like to know...
- No former pottery experience is required to join this day
- Likewise, you don't need to have practiced yoga before!

This day is for you if ...
- You have a desire to connect with yourself in nature and move your body in a way that feels good
- You're drawn to community and feel a desire to create and use your hands to make!

What's Included
1.5hr YOGA + MOVEMENT PRACTICE

LUNCH - Please bring something to add to this shared lunch.
Emilie and Kate will be bringing a simple salad, cheese, bread and hummus with refreshments.

2hr Goddess Altar Pottery Workshop led by Kate*

*All pieces with be fired by Kate, you can also choose from a selection of glazes for your piece. Once, glazed and fired your pieces will be available for collection from Kate's studio in Wells Next The Sea. Pieces can also be posted for a fee to cover postage and packaging.

What to bring
All Yoga Equipment Provided (Mat, Bolster, Block, Blanket)
Arrive in yoga gear to move in, bring warm layers and thick socks and either wear somethings you don't mind getting clay on, or bring something else change into.
Note we will be both inside and out for this day. Jumpers and layers are advised.
Water Bottle Journal + Pen - You may want to sketch some ideas.
