Come join us at Satiate Artisan for a fun-filled weekend workshop where you'll learn to make delicious Pâté de campagne (Country Pâté), Pâté Pantin (Pâté in puff pastry), Cumberland sausages, Merguez sausages ( Spiced lamb & beef sausages) and Duck Rillette ( Shredded duck confit) from scratch!
You'll also learn how to make crispy French baguettes to accompany your delicious sausages and pâtés to take home and share (or not)!
We will guide you through the process, sharing tips and tricks along the way.
Get hands-on experience creating these Continental delicacies and take home your own creations to enjoy.
