For February's group walk, Norfolk Photography Walks are heading to Walsingham Abbey to photograph the Snowdrops.

Our visit provides an opportunity for guests to learn and practice photographing Snowdrops, landscapes and ancient ruins. At the start of our visit, you'll be offered some themes and gentle direction. During the walk, at different points you'll be free to wander and take images relating to the themes or things you simply find appealing. Walk leader Jon Clifton will be on hand to offer advice on composition and camera settings.

Walsingham Abbey is an incredibly peaceful location to spend time with a camera on a Sunday morning. Our date has been chosen to coincide with the peak of Snowdrop season. Photo walks are aimed at beginner and hobbyist photographers and all camera types (smartphones included) are fine.

Group walks aren't intended to be in depth technical tuition sessions, more an opportunity to get together with like minded people who enjoy taking pictures. The walk will be led by local photographer Jon Clifton.
