Summer tends to be a time where we're are our most busy, most social, and making the most of the sunshine we tend to rest less and do more. My intention for these evenings is to serve as anchor and space to centre and rest together under the light of the full moon. Spiritually the full moon symbolises release and completion. Full Moon Rituals will takes place on the full moon in July and August where we'll gather for a nourishing evening of yoga + movement, ritual + intention, sauna + connection, journaling + circling.

You'll need to bring a journal, pen, blanket, swimsuit, towel, dry robe (or similar warm coat), water, and dress in clothes you can warm and also layers to keep warm.
