Join us for gentle yoga on the beach followed by a dip at high tide.
Join us for this one-off solstice beach yoga + sea swims (optional) as we celebrate the summer solstice.
We will meet at the church in Brancaster at 2.30pm and walk down together to find a sheltered spot to salute the sun. Followed our practice we'll take a dip in the sea, which is of course optional. Bring your mat/ swimming cosy and a towel to dry off!
Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners.
