No musical experience required! Join us for an evening of connection chanting mantra.

Join us for an immersive and inspirational yoga session that combines gentle postures, Nāda yoga vocal toning exercises, and a deeper dive into chanting mantra to benefit your mind, body, and soul.

What's included?

A grounding and restorative Hatha Yoga practice
Vocal toning exercises
Bhramari Pranayama - honey bee breathing technique to calm the mind and stimulate the vagus nerve
Bija mantra meditation to balance the body's chakra energy centres
Kirtan; a group chanting exercise using the powerful Ganesh mantra for success
Cleansing herbal tea and sweet treats.

"But I can't sing!"

This is not a session for singers (although you'll be more than welcome!) Rather, this session is for you if you're interested in exploring sound as an incredible healing modality and becoming more confident using your voice to express the truth of your heart, and your unique vibration in this world.

This practice is suitable for all experience levels, and no musical experience is required.
