Yoga for Relaxation combines yoga, breathwork, guided meditation, and mantra to bring calm and positivity to your week.

This class is rooted in traditional Indian Hatha yoga and is designed to support your physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness.

This class is perfect for you if you are wanting to -

We have the lights nice and low (although you can see me obviously!) so there is no need to feel self-conscious.
I use aromatherapy in class to promote a greater sense of wellbeing.
