Immerse yourself in nature with forest bathing, lunch and a sound bath in the relaxing surroundings of Holkham's parkland.
Join Nicky from Sound and Ground for a two hour forest bathing session within a small group.
Nicky will lead you through an enjoyable sequence of mindful and sensory practices crafted for your relaxation and connection with the forest and the trees.
Lunch will be served in the Walled Garden before having a relaxing sound bath meditation where Nicky will play a variety of sound therapy instruments including gongs, chimes, drum and singing bowls.
