We look forward to welcoming this Leeds based folk singer to the Brick Barn for an evening of wonderful live music. Her music celebrates the natural landscape, so the perfect artist for our beautiful part of the world at Deepdale.
'Iona Lane is a Leeds-based folk singer and songwriter. Fascinated by folklore and folk stories, Iona's music is inspired by natural landscapes, scientific discoveries, human relationships and the supernatural, all tied together by a strong sense of place and a love for being in wild places. Her long-awaited debut album, 'Hallival' (2022) - named after one of the mountains on the Scottish island of Rum - has received widespread praise from The Guardian, Songlines Magazine, and elsewhere.' - Making Tracks (She was one of the 2022 artists)
This Winter concert will take place in the Brick Barn, with a bar. Please bring snacks, but not drink as our bar will be serving beers, ciders, wines, spirits and soft drinks. There is some seating available, first come first served, so feel free to bring your own too.
