Faith I Branko - Live Music Gig - CANCELLED

We are really excited to be welcoming these incredibly talented Balkan musicians to Deepdale. They will be performing a very special gig in the brick barn, bringing their fiery fusion of Balkan influenced jazz, folk & classical.

Sadly we've had to cancel this live music gig due to illness in the band. It's a great shame, as we had looked forward to welcoming Faith I Branko to Deepdale.

Named as Serbian Romani ambassadors in 2021, Faith I Branko, present their fiery brand of virtuosic, Balkan-influenced, jazz, folk & classical fusion. The Guardian describes their music as “language for the soul” and fRoots UK wrote that Branko is “one of the leading Roma violinists of the century”. Their debut album ‘Gypsy Lover' made it into the Top 10 on World Music Charts and since then they have toured all over UK, Europe, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Their award winning Aljazeera documentary and highly compelling backstory ‘Faith and Branko' completed a 5 continent film tour and won Best Documentary at Seefest in Los Angeles. They have a new album out on Riverboat Records: “Duhovi” was released in 2023 and came it an no.6 on the World Music Charts and no.11 the European World Music Charts. They have millions of views across social media and youtube and a huge international fanbase among the Roma community.

Come and join us for what will be a brilliant Autumn evening.

Autumn concert in the Brick Barn, with a bar. Please bring snacks, but not drink as our bar will be serving beers, ciders, wines, spirits and soft drinks. There is seating available.

Deepdale is a small occasional venue for live music. Naturally if the event is cancelled, then tickets will be refunded. However, JBP Tourism Ltd will not be responsible for accommodation, travel or other costs incurred by ticket holders.
