We'll enjoy activities that will allow us to celebrate the essence of summer and tap into the theme of gratitude. In doing so, we'll nurture our wellbeing and find a connection with the season.
We'll gather together around the time of the solstice and June's full moon to delight in the spirit of summer.

Our day will include:
• a summer gratitude activity
• a gratitude meditation
• an eco-mindfulness walk
• the creation of a summer spiral
The day will be based in our beautiful Stargazer Lotus bell tent, tucked away in rural north Norfolk, surrounded by the woodland, the magpies, the hares and the big Norfolk skies.
We are aiming for your summer spirit day to leave you feeling soul-soothed, inspired and energised.
All you need bring is yourself, something to sit on (we'll be seated on the floor so bring a cushion or a chair), your journal (if you wish) and your lunch. If you have a hand drum, you're welcome to bring that too. You'll need to dress appropriate to the weather.
We'll provide hot and cold drinks and light refreshments throughout the day. There are toilets and parking on our site.
As with all our events, participation in activities is optional so you do as little or as much as you wish, always knowing there is someone close by to provide support and encouragement.
All the work of Soulcraft is inspired by nature and gentle pagan traditions but there are no requirements in terms of belief or faith when you attend our events.
Our workshops are accessible and suitable for people aged over 18.
