A breakfast date with nature is the perfect way to start your day
The combination of morning light and fresh crisp air is an ideal remedy for shaking off the lingering traces of sleep. What better setting to achieve this than the beautiful landscapes of Titchwell Marsh nature reserve. With strains of the dawn chorus still in the air you'll listen out for woodland songbirds and reedbed warblers as you stroll through the reserve. Sleepy wildfowl and rowdy gulls add to the orchestra as you make your way to the beach where you'll enjoy the lingering rays of an early morning sun. Here, the rhythmic sound of the tide can be grounding and will set you up for the rest of the day. Round off your experience with a scrummy breakfast bap and hot drink.
