Harvest Wellbee'ing Day

We'll gather in a small, personal group to contemplate what harvest means to us and explore ways of nurturing our wellbeing. We'll work with the honey bee and with wheat to find a connection with nature and the season.

Our day will include:

· a harvest themed activity based on the concept of a 'vision quest'

· making a simple bees' wax candle

· enjoying some mead

· group drumming and the opportunity to learn a harvest themed chant

The day will be based in our stunning Stargazer Lotus bell tent, tucked away in rural north Norfolk, surrounded by the woodland, the magpies, the hares and the big Norfolk skies.

If you'd like to have a day of contemplative calm and soul-soothing, do join us.

Please just bring is yourself, something to sit on (we'll be seated on the floor so bring a cushion or a chair), your journal (if you wish) and your lunch. If you have a hand drum, you're welcome to bring that too. You'll need to dress appropriate to the weather.

We'll provide hot and cold drinks and light refreshments throughout the day. There are toilets and parking on our site.

As with all our events, participation in activities is optional so you do as little or as much as you wish, always knowing there is someone close by to provide support and encouragement.

All the work of Soulcraft is inspired by nature and gentle pagan traditions but there are no requirements in terms of belief or faith when you attend our events.

Our workshops are accessible and suitable for people aged over 18.
